I didn't see anything about posting cracked software or guides on how to crack software in the rules, feel free to remove if this isn't allowed. This is a very well known crack, though and is supported by many pirating and torrenting communities to be safe. As always, investigate everything yourself and be safe.​

To activate, we'll be using the Ali.dbg patcher. It triggers numerous detections on VirusTotal (crack files usually have false positives ‍). If you're uncomfortable with this, you can try alternative methods—though results may vary:

• IDM Trial Reset by J2TEAM
• LRepacks Version

You can also try other download managers, including open-source options.

PREREQUISITES

• Disable Windows Defender or other antivirus you have on your PC.
• Uninstall previously installed Internet Download Manager (you can use BCU).

1. Download and install the latest IDM. Close the IDM if it auto starts (check the hidden items too in the taskbar).
   
   
2. Download and unzip Ali.Dbg patcher (e.g. IDM 6.4x Patch – v19.7 by Ali.Dbg).
   | Use NanaZip to unzip the file if windows explorer can't unzip the file.
   
   
3. Double click on IDM_6.xx_Crack_vX.exe to open the patcher.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click Crack. When it's done patching, it will show "OK>Reboot". Then close the patcher.
   
   
5. Reboot your PC and you should be good. You can check it in Internet Download Manager > Help > About IDM.

   UPDATING
   
   If you update, you will have to crack it again. You don't have to reinstall IDM. Just run the patcher after u done updating IDM.​
